Many believers in the Christian Church believe in a lot of things that are just not True. This makes them believers in Myths, widely held but false beliefs or ideas, generally passed down through the ages by Tradition. Myths, Greek muthos, is translated as fables in 1Ti.1:4, 4:7; 2Ti.4:4; Titus 1:14 and 2Pe.1:16. In the context of these verses it means Fictious Beliefs.
